Information You'll Need to Provide

To ensure a smooth and personalized appointment, please have the following ready when booking:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address (for confirmations and updates)
  • Phone Number (for coordination and reminders)
  • Preferred Appointment Type: Virtual, In-Person, or Private
  • Preferred Date & Time
  • Occasion or Purpose (e.g., wedding, business suit, wardrobe upgrade)
  • Garment Interest (suits, shirts, outerwear, etc.)
  • Number of Attendees (if booking for more than one person)

Step by Step Process

Step 1: Visit the Booking Page
Navigate to the ‘Book Appointment’ section on the David Zala website.

Step 2: Select Appointment Type
  • Virtual Appointment: Ideal for clients outside Toronto or those seeking a style consultation or fabric preview.
  • In-Person Appointment (Studio): Visit our David Zala studio for full fittings, fabric selection, and personal consultation.
  • Private Appointment (We Come to You): Book a fitting at home, office, or hotel within the GTA (additional locations on request).
Step 3: Choose Your Preferred Date & Time
Select your desired date and time from the available calendar slots. Allow at least 24–48 hours notice for private appointments.
Step 4: Fill in Your Details
Enter all required information and include any special requests, additional garments, or attendees (e.g., groomsmen or colleagues).
Step 5: Confirm Appointment
Review your appointment summary, agree to terms (e.g., cancellation policy), and click “Confirm Appointment.”
Step 6: Receive Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation, calendar invite (for virtual bookings), and a reminder 24 hours before your session.

Virtual Appointments

Duration: 30–45 minutes
Includes styling consultation, fabric review, and Q&A
Platform: Zoom or Google Meet
Ideal for remote or international clients

In-Person Appointments

Duration: 60–90 minutes
Location: David Zala Studio, Toronto
Includes full fitting, fabric selection, design consultation

Private Appointments

Duration: 60–90 minutes
We come to your location (within GTA; travel fees may apply)
Includes full tailoring experience and group fittings

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for an appointment?
Virtual and studio appointments are complimentary. Private fittings carry a travel fee that is applied toward your order.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your best man or your business partner, we welcome guests during consultations.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule directly through your confirmation email, or contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer group fittings?
Yes, especially for weddings or corporate orders. Please contact us directly to arrange.
