At David Zala Custom Clothing, every garment is tailored with precision, craftsmanship, and your personal specifications in mind. Because we specialize in made-to-measure and custom-designed apparel, our policies are structured to ensure fairness to both our clients and our tailors. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
All custom-made, made-to-measure, and bespoke garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, overcoats, and any garments altered or personalized specifically for you.
Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including—but not limited to—change of mind, style preference, event cancellation, or weight fluctuation.
Your satisfaction and the fit of your garment are important to us. If your custom garment does not fit as expected:
Note: Alterations due to body changes (e.g., weight gain/loss) post-fitting are the client’s responsibility and may incur additional tailoring fees.

Custom tailoring is a collaborative process. We encourage all clients to participate in fittings and provide timely feedback. While we aim for perfection, handmade garments may have minor variances that are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and not considered defects.
