Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the client. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours for any shipping-related issues.
Customs duties are at the customer's charge. Additional taxes (customs duties, import taxes) may apply and these must be paid by the customer upon arrival of the package in the country of destination.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
If the country of delivery is not in our list of countries, then we invite our customers to contact us by email at : customerfirst@davidzala.com where we will do our utmost to help.
The deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer, therefore extra careful care must be taken to make sure that the information provided is correct. Special care must be taken when filling in the address (building, floor, house number, stairs, access code, name or number of the intercom etc.).
The delivery times on the Website are given as an estimate and only correspond to the average time needed for possessing and delivery.
When delivered, if the parcel is opened, damaged, faulty or in a bad condition the customer must refuse to accept the delivery and send it back. If the customer decides to accept the parcel, then the customer must write on the delivery receipt that the acceptance is with reservations, stating the conditions and any problems with the parcel, then communicate the event to DAVID ZALA and to the delivery company within 3 working days.
In the case of a late delivery, the customer can ask for the cancellation of the order and a money refund.
David Zala cannot be held responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from delays or damages due to delivery.
David Zala will custom make each item for you to match your fit perfectly. Standard Delivery will take around 3-4 weeks* from order date and will be delivered to your selected address. Your orders will be fully traceable by text, phone or online.
David Zala offers free worldwide shipping on selected items. Clothing and accessories will be included in the free shipping threshold. However, some items require customers to pay for shipping based on price and location.
David Zala ships worldwide. Any taxes and/or duties that may occur during the shipment of your order will be covered by the customer, so please ensure you are aware of any additional charges that could arise.
Orders placed during the Christmas period (December and January) and during holidays may experience longer delivery times, however we aim to deliver your items within the standard time of 3-4 weeks.

Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. By deselecting shipping protection, David Zala is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. David Zala has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. David Zala does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "UN-deliverable" or incomplete address.
Pre-order item(s) have their "Shipping Starts" date in the item description, it is the date they become available to start shipping out.
Processing time will start on that date provided and will be 1-2 business days for express orders and 5-7 business days for standard orders.
If your order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together.
